Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, because people aren't one-size-fits-all. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches that help you better understand yourself, navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change.

I believe insight is important, but insight alone isn't enough. Lasting change happens when new understanding is paired with new experiences. That's why I integrate evidence-based, neuroscience-informed, and experiential approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and mindfulness to help clients not only think differently, but also feel and live differently.

Above all, I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. When people feel understood instead of judged, they become more open to change. Together, we'll work to deepen self-understanding, cultivate self-compassion, strengthen resilience, and build a life that feels more connected, intentional, and authentic.
